A photo by Steve Plocher, our president, was recently published in the Woodbury Community monthly magazine as a full page article about his “Furry Friend”. Steve said the “Freddie likes everyone. His wife had Freddie certified as a therapy dog, and she and Freddie are a therapy team. They have visited students and staff at the University of Minnesota and seniors at a senior living facility. Steve’s goal was to capture the soulfulness and love in Freddie’s eyes.
2023 Interclub Competition Reminder
One of the benefits of our club being member of the Twin Cities Are Council of Camera Clubs (TCACCC) is the free annual competition. The competition has two parts — one for individuals and one for clubs to compete against each other. For individuals there are four digital categories. They are Altered Reality, Nature, Monochrome, and Realistic. There also two print categories: Color and Monochrome.
The deadline for submitting entries is 5 p.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2023.
