Since they were written, our salon and N4C pixel size requirements have changed to 1920 pixels on the long side. In all other respects, the pdf’s explain the process. Beginning in October 2018, N4C has increased its kilobyte size to a maximum of 750 KB.
Once you resize and title the images to conform to the naming convention used, be sure to email them as attachments, as opposed to inserting them in the body of the message. Mac users should compose their emails in their web browser, not from their desktop application.
