On Wednesday March 4, 2026, John Pennoyer will present his program on Butterflies and Butterfly Photography.
Everyone enjoys watching and observing butterflies as they fly into our flower gardens and fly from one flower to the next enjoying the sweet nectar from each plant. In this session John will be discussing on his tips and techniques on capturing images of these flying insects. Although he observes and photographs all species of butterflies this session will include information on the fourth generation Monarch Butterfly. This is the generation Monarch that lives for 6-8 Month and will migrate to Mexico come early fall.
