- The St. Croix County Bar Association had a benefit to support CASA of St. Croix County June 7th at the White Eagle Golf Club in Hudson. CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate. CASA of St. Croix County recruite adults to support children who are the victims of abut or neglect throughout their open petition for protection. There is a special need as there are over 100 juveniles that need help.
- There was a social hour, dinner and a roast of retired Judge Cameron Howard. (He’s the guy wearing the red shirt.) It was a fun and inspiring event. One of the Special Advocates also spoke and shared her experiences.
