Rules for Panorama Print Competition
The panoramic print competition is held in Iowa at the annual mini convention. Prints must be hand delivered.
The deadline for the Photo Essay Contest is March 31. Dwight Tomes, the contest chair, prefers to receive entries via Dropbox, and that the file format be .mp4. You may contact him at d.tomes@me.com
