At the September 6 meeting Don Tredinnick will be making a presentation, “How to Plan for a Photography Trip”. There are so many great places to see and photograph. The reality for most people is that they will only get a chance to visit a few of these places, and most likely will only get the chance to visit once. With this in mind, we want to make sure to get the most from our trip. During this presentation, Don will cover topics like trip selection, pros and cons of going with a group, location planning, equipment selection, practice, and packing.
Don’s photos have appeared in Lake Superior Magazine, North Cascades National Park Field Guide, 2017 Galapagos Conservancy Calendar, and The Virginian Pilot Newspaper. As a result of the popularity of photo hikes he has led to the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge, he started teaching classes and leading workshops. A catalog of his classes and lectures can be found on his website.
